Shane Henderson stopped by the station on Tuesday, Sept. 17 to turn in the KJFM Eagle 102 Twin Pike Treasure Hunt document that he found.
Henderson noted that he had a lot of fun hunting the treasure with his partners Taylor Preston and son, Dylan Henderson. They collected over $1,000 worth of gift certificates, merchandise and cash!
The document was hidden on a public easement next to the KJFM Radio barn parking lot. It was near the base of an orange and whit utility marker, attached to the end of an antique metal spoon with the handle exposed and marked with a black "X."
This was the longest hunt in history with 42 clues broadcast before the document was delivered to the station. The fun last for 58 days despite being delayed due to flooding this spring.
