LOUISIANA – Crowds gathered on Saturday, Sept. 14 at the Elks Lodge in Louisiana to review works by regional artists as part of the eighth annual Louisiana Plein Air.

Participants could paint, draw or sketch scenes, as long as the work was done in Pike County. The event was sponsored by Raintree Arts Council, a non-profit, multi-disciplinary arts agency serving Pike and Lincoln counties that receives partial funding from the Missouri Arts Council, a state agency.
