Once again, the City Hall in Clarksville is being transformed into a magical Santa Land for the month of December. “It takes hundreds of hours of labor to place the area’s largest collection of vintage and contemporary Santas, snowmen, carolers, Nutcracker figures, and other Holiday characters in exactly the right position” states organizer Mayor Jo Anne Smiley.
Doors open for Santa Land on December 2nd and the big man himself, Santa Claus will make his first seasonal appearance to Santa Land on that day. Santa will occupy his favorite chair in Santa land on weekends and the annual display will be open every day during the hours of City Hall – 10a.m. to 5p.m.
Bring the camera and take pictures with the family. Enjoy the thousands of twinkling lights, ornaments, and beautiful trees. You won’t want to miss the area’s largest display of winter wonder. The magic of the Holidays is set to begin on December 2nd and 3rd. Admission to Santa Land is free.
