Two people have been arrested on drug charges and a third is being sought by the Pike County Sheriff's Department after a search warrant was executed last week.
On Sept. 22 the sheriff’s department along with the Ralls County Sheriff’s Office and the Missouri Department of Conservation executed a search warrant on Mount Zion Church Road.
Lesley E. Ostrander, 34, who is currently on parole, was charged with the class C felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance, 10 Hydrocodone pills. Bond was set at $10,000 cash only.
Stacy N Tobias, 26, was charged with the class C felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance, methamphetamine and 2 counts of a class A misdemeanor of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $10,000 cash only.
Sheriff Korte noted that Roger A Doyle, 45, was still being sought at the time of the press release and is being charged with the class C felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance, methamphetamine and two counts of a class A misdemeanor of possession of drug paraphernalia. Doyle has been charged as a prior drug offender with bond set at $15,000 cash only.
