The Pike County Missouri Fair Association along with the Ultimate Derby will be presenting the 2016 Points Championship Finals this Saturday at the Pike County Fairgrounds. The series will feature some of the best derby drivers in the Midwest. Each of the driver’s top five point finishes count toward their total for the year and the championship will count as double points.

This is the second year the fair board has hosted the event with last year being ruled as a huge success. Year after year the Friday night demo derby is one of the largest attended nights at the Pike County Fair and the board has hopes that the crowd will once again return for this Saturday’s event.

Once again this year the event will feature food concessions along with a beer garden. Gates open at 4 p.m. with the derby starting at 7:30. Admission prices are $20 for adults and $15 for children ages 4-12 and three and under are free. Pit passes will also be available for an additional $5 with admission price.
