Bowling Green City Administrator Barb Allison said that weather permitting, the Bowling Green square will be completely closed off to traffic Tuesday (May 24) and Wednesday (May 25) for repaving. She noted depending on the weather additional days maybe required, but the contractors will be working as quickly as possible to get the square reopened.

After the square itself is completed they will be repaving streets, one block in each direction, connected to the square. It's her hopes that the project will be completed around the first part of June.
