Bowling Green is searching for a new parks director.
Hannah Sinclair resigned from the job after just five months to take a similar position in Wentzville. Sinclair had been commuting to Pike County from St. Charles County each working day.
A timetable for a replacement has not been set, but the Bowling Green Park Board will make a recommendation to city aldermen. The position pays about 30 thousand dollars a year and involves significant recreational program development in addition to administrative duties.
Sinclair was Bowling Green’s second parks director. She was one of six applicants when Derick Beanland left last March after almost two years on the job.
