A suspect in a Thanksgiving break-in at a Bowling Green business will be arraigned Wednesday (Dec. 2).
Forty-five-year-old Michael Gullett of Bowling Green is charged with felony burglary and two misdemeanors.
He’s accused of breaking the front door glass at Bowling Green Pharmacy on the square at 11:20 a.m. November 26th. Authorities allege the suspect stole several boxes of controlled substances.
Court records show Gullett was on probation in an unrelated misdemeanor case at the time of his arrest.
All persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law.
