Pike County Missouri has expanded its home health and hospice services to Audrain and Montgomery counties.

The Pike County Health Department began the application process last winter. Administrator Christopher Deeken said health care needs and requests from area residents drove the decision to expand.

The agency has provided home health services in the region since 1969 and has offered hospice care since 1993.
