A decorated Marine Corps veteran of the Gulf and Afghanistan wars will be the featured speaker at Memorial Day services in Louisiana.
The indoor event will be held starting at 10 a.m. Monday, May 25th, at American Legion Post 370 in Louisiana.
Keynote speaker will be Louisiana native Brice Chandler, a decorated Marine veteran and author who also currently serves as a Louisiana City Councilman. Entertainment will be provided by Robert Martin.
A meal featuring pork steaks, baked beans, cole slaw and dessert will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The legion building is at 420 Kelly Lane in Louisiana.
