Bowling Green City Administrator Dan Lang has resigned after almost three years on the job.
Lang is returning to his hometown of Wentzville to be the growing city’s new economic development director.
His last official day in Bowling Green will be February 18. The city will discuss the process for replacement.
Lang oversaw better fiscal management, greater economic development and expansion of parks and recreation programs during his time in Bowling Green.
The 59-year-old administrator said he will continue working on proposed zoning changes during his last weeks in the city.
