Things are set for a forum featuring candidates in the Pike County Missouri presiding commissioner race.
The event is set for 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the American Legion on Kelly Lane in Louisiana.
Doors will open at 6 p.m. and the public is encouraged to submit questions.
The two candidates are Republican Chris Gamm and Democrat Terry Burris, both of Bowling Green. Incumbent Presiding Commissioner Dan Miller was defeated in the August primary by Burris.
The position is the only contested Pike County race on the November 4th ballot.
