The Illinois Department of Transportation has closed US 54 at the Champ Clark Bridge across the Mississippi River from Louisiana due to flooding.  MoDOT is closing the bridge at Louisiana.  Detours are in place.  The River continues to rise, so length of closure is undetermined.  All closures are on MoDOT's traveler information map at www.modot.org.
