Weather permitting, Thursday, May 8, Industrial & Petroleum Environmental Services will be working in the median of US 61 just south of the US 54 at Bowling Green to clean up contaminated soil as a result of a fuel spill from an accident during the winter.

Crews will be working in the southbound passing lane with traffic reduced to one lane from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please slow down and use extra caution at the work zone. This work is weather dependent and could be delayed or rescheduled.
