Pike County Sheriff Stephen Korte and Louisiana Police Chief Rich Hughes release the following information pertaining to cases investigated by the Pike County Drug Enforcement Team.
Shane Allred, 31, of Louisiana was arrested and has been charged with one count of a class A felony of delivery of a controlled substance, Hydromorphone, near public housing and one count of a Class A felony of delivery of a controlled substance, Oxycodone, near public housing. Both charges were alleged to have been committed at 1000 North Carolina Street in Louisiana, Missouri, which is an apartment complex for the elderly known as Field Village. In addition, Allred has been charged with a class A felony of delivery of a controlled substance, Hydromorphone, within 1000 feet of public housing and another class A felony of delivery of a controlled substance, Oxycodone, within 1000 feet of public housing. These charges stem from two separate incidents in which Allred was residing at 109 South 6th Street in Louisiana, Missouri. Allred’s residence is within 1000 feet of Swisher Village, which is also an apartment complex with elderly tenants. Allred’s bond has been set at $50,000 cash only. If convicted, Allred faces up to 120 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections. Allred is currently being lodged at the Pike County Jail.
Keith Crowder, 31, of Bowling Green was arrested and has been charged with a class B felony of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute. During the investigation, Crowder was found to be in possession of approximately one-half pound of marijuana, which is not consistent with personal use. Crowder’s bond was set at $25,000 cash only and he is currently being held at the Pike County Jail.
Christopher Penn, 24, of Bowling Green, has been arrested and charged with a class C felony of possession of a controlled substance. During the investigation, Penn was found to be in possession of more than thirty-five grams of marijuana. Penn’s bond was set at $10,000 cash only. Penn is currently being held at the Pike County Jail.
Anthony Bova, 25, of Louisiana has been arrested and charged with a class C felony of possession of a controlled substance. During the investigation, Bova was found to be in possession of Alprazolam which is a controlled substance. Bova’s bond was set at $10,000 cash only and he us currently being held at the Pike County Jail.
All of the above charges were filed by Pike County Prosecuting Attorney Mark Fisher and with bonds set by Judge David Ash.
