
FARBER, Mo. — The Van-Far Indians fell to EMO Conference foe, the North Callaway Thunderbirds 16-5 on Tuesday night. Going into the fifth inning with a 15-run deficit, the Indians rallied back, tacking on another four runs, almost extending the game to a full seven innings. Both sides struggled to find the strike zone from the bump Tuesday evening, leading to unearned runs. Van-Far falls to 0-1 in conference play and will find themselves back on the diamond on Thursday at Wellsville-Middletown, with first pitch set for 5 p.m.
