BOWLING GREEN, Mo. — Bowling Green Bobcats senior Brayden Buffington was looking to defend his state title from 2021 during this year’s state meet. Buffington had two beautiful days of golf at the Columbia Country Club course. After the first day, Buffington was sitting in third place, but had a great second day. When all was said and done Buffington tied for second place.
Buffington shot a 77 on day one and a 75 on day two of the competition. According to Bowling Green Bobcats Golf Coach Ryan Schlender, Buffington got within one stroke of the lead on Tuesday.
