LOUISIANA, Mo. — A Flag Day program will be held at the American Legion Hall in Louisiana on Monday, June 14th at 6 p.m. and everyone is invited to attend to learn the history of the United States flag.
The program is being hosted by the Louisiana Elks Lodge #791, American Legion Post #370, the Scouts from Troop 156 and Pack 156. The Elks traditionally observe Flag Day with a presentation of the history of the United State flag complete with flags from various times in history. The scouts will be presenting the flags as the histories are given.
The event is open to the public.
