COLUMBIA, Mo. — The Bowling Green Bobcats and Lady ‘Cats competed in the Gans Creek Classic over the weekend.
The meet is one of the largest in the area with five different heats running. Both the boys and girls from Bowling Green ran in the last heat of the day. The boys team came in sixth place. Individual times and places are as follows:

“This was a very hot and windy race. The times were slower than we were hoping, but we will regroup and be ready to race again in 10 days at Hermann,” noted head coach Matt Chance. “We have competed in 4 meets and haven’t had our entire team together yet. We are hoping that changes at the next meet.”
